WHAT IS A CHURCH?

The word "CHURCH" in the New Testament comes from the Greek term "Ekklesia" and is used 76 times in the New Testament.  Ekklesia means "the called out congregation."  We are a called out assembly for service to the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

We are part of that called out group which exists around the world.  Good Friends Fellowship is a small part of the millions world-wide who call on the name of Jesus Christ. 

Good Friends Fellowship got it's start in the fall of 2000 at the Teen Ranch Ice Corral just outside Orangeville. In 2002 the old Uptown Theatre in downtown Orangeville was purchased and the church has been holding services there ever since. Good Friends Fellowship believes in preaching the Word of God and reaching out and caring for those around us. Everyone is welcome at Good Friends Fellowship.
